A booking request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed date. Your date is only held once we confirm it in writing and the booking status shows as confirmed in your account.

A non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted include travel within our standard West Sussex coverage area; longer journeys may carry a travel supplement, always agreed in advance.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations close to the event date may incur the full balance where we can no longer resell the date. Date changes are accommodated wherever availability allows and are subject to written confirmation.

Performance times are those agreed in your booking. Additional time on the night is subject to the venue's licence and our agreement, and is charged at our standard hourly rate.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe, reasonable access for load-in, a suitable performance area, and an adequate power supply. We carry public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment; certificates are available for your venue on request.

We reserve the right to reduce volume in line with venue limits, and to stop the performance if the safety of guests, staff or equipment is at risk. The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where the law provides otherwise.
