Luxton Music DJ Hire is a DJ entertainment business operating across West Sussex and the surrounding counties. For any privacy question, contact us at luxtonmusicdjhire@hotmail.com.

Account details (name, email address), enquiry and booking details (event date, venue, location, guest numbers, timings, music preferences and any special requirements), and optional contact phone numbers. If you create an account, your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.

To check availability, prepare quotes, plan and perform at your event, take payment, and keep you updated about your booking. We may also contact you about your event after the date to ask for feedback. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform that contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where consent is required (for example marketing emails or using event photos), we ask for it.

Data is stored securely on our hosted platform with access restricted to the business owner. Booking records are kept for up to six years to meet UK accounting requirements; enquiries that do not lead to a booking are removed sooner.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy of your data. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
